A tabular curriculum vitae in PDF format is important to us, showing your career and professional qualifications. We would be happy to receive a cover letter, but you can also tell us your motivation personally. You do not need to send job references as we would like to make our own impression of you. You can also omit the photo, your date of birth and your nationality, as we will judge you on the basis of your professional qualifications and not on your appearance, your age or your origin.

We check your documents

Since we always have at least four eyes to look at your application and compare it with our requirements, the first response can take up to a week. By the way, our applicant management system partially anonymizes your profile so that everyone involved can assess you solely on the basis of your qualifications. If we think you are suitable, we will invite you to a video interview.

We conduct a video interview

The video interview is primarily about getting to know each other for the first time in order to determine whether we are sympathetic and whether our mutual expectations are basically the same. First we introduce ourselves personally and CCVOSSEL as a company. Afterwards we ask you to tell something about yourself. We have your résumé, so how about your favorite hobby or your most beautiful holiday experience? In addition, we will tell you a little more about your team and your future role. After the interview we will contact you within 1-2 days. If everyone involved agrees that we would like to continue the process, you will receive an invitation to a professional interview.

We get to know each other better

Our interviews are currently taking place online, even if we would of course prefer to get to know you personally. We usually invite you to a personal meeting in our office in Mariendorf. Here we put our heads together for an hour, deepen the content of the first interview and get an idea of your professional qualifications in dialogue or with the help of a work sample you have worked on. We also clarify all of your open questions and talk about your wishes and ideas. If we are sure that we want to continue, you will receive an invitation to our online questionnaires.

You do our online questionnaires

Most application processes only take into account your previous experience and little your interests and potential. Not where you come from, but where you want to go is important to us. That is why we cooperate with Hogrefe-Verlag and use two particularly serious test procedures. The personality questionnaire is called NEO-FFI. The cognitive skills questionnaire is called the IST-2000R. Your results, which you will also receive promptly, are not exclusion criteria for us, but form a basis for discussion for the subsequent getting to know each other.

Getting to know you day (empathy)

On the get-to-know day, you will get to know your direct colleagues and employees from the other teams. So you can get an authentic impression of CCVOSSEL. Our managing director Carsten also takes time for you. The aim of the day is for both the team and you to be able to judge how well you fit in with us. We will also talk about the results of your online questionnaires and clarify all of your open questions. After getting to know each other, you should think about whether you want to become part of our team.

Congratulation. If you've got this far, we'd like you on our team. Now it is time to record all the key data such as your start date, your salary, your working time model, your company pension, your sports membership and other benefits in your employment contract. We know that contract negotiation can be a sensitive issue, but not with us: we negotiate with each other, not against each other. A transparent and fair salary structure is important to us, which is why you get what you earn, not what you negotiate.
