Further development

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work from dishwasher to millionaire … because we do not employ dishwasher.

Evaluation of the documents received

We compare the documents received via our application portal with our requirements and give the applicants a response as soon as possible. Since we always have at least two people to look at the documents, this can take up to a week. We then invite applicants who seem suitable to us for a telephone interview.

Telephone interview

The telephone interview is primarily about getting to know each other for the first time, in order to determine whether you are mutually friendly and whether the mutual expectations basically apply. Technical topics are only addressed here in exceptional cases. Two particularly important questions at the end of the interview are the earliest possible starting date and the approximate salary expectations. The phone call should not last longer than 30 minutes. After the telephone interview, we need one to two days to think about it and we would like to give this to the applicant. If everyone agrees that they would like to continue the process, the applicant receives an invitation to an online test procedure.

Personality test

We work together with Hogrefe Verlag for the online test procedure. Particularly serious test procedures such as the NEO-FFI we use are offered here. The results of this test procedure are basically not exclusion criteria for us, but rather form a basis for discussion for the subsequent personal interview. The results are made available to the respective applicant before the interview.

Personal conversation

We invite the applicant to a personal interview in our office in Marienfelde or in Prenzlauer Berg. Here we sit down for up to one and a half hours and on the one hand deepen the topics from the telephone interview, discuss the results of the personality test and get an idea of your professional qualifications in a dialogue. As after the telephone interview, we need a few days to think about it after the personal interview and we want to allow the applicant to do so. If everyone involved is sure that they want to continue, they will be invited to the get-to-know day.

Getting to know you day (empathy)

On the get-to-know day you have a morning or afternoon to get to know the employees who work in positions that are directly linked to yours. The aim of this day is that both you and every employee can evaluate the team fit, i.e. how well you fit into the team.

Getting to know the management

The last step is getting to know the management in the person of Carsten Vossel. As we have a very family-like corporate culture, it is important for Carsten to know each of his employees. The contractual conditions are also finally agreed here.
